Not necessarily. While having a decent USB microphone — such as the Audio-Technica ATR2100x or the Blue Yeti — will noticeably improve your audio quality, we can absolutely work with recordings made on smartphones, tablets or built-in laptop microphones. Our post-production process includes advanced noise reduction, level balancing and EQ adjustments that can dramatically enhance even modest source recordings. That said, we always provide personalised equipment recommendations based on your budget and recording environment so you can upgrade at your own pace.
General questions
The basics of working with TrustPod Globe.
Turnaround time depends on the package you choose. Our Starter plan delivers finished episodes within five business days of receiving your raw recording. The Growth plan shortens that to three business days, and the Enterprise plan guarantees delivery within 48 hours. If you have an urgent deadline — for example, a time-sensitive interview or a live event recap — we also offer rush delivery for an additional fee. We communicate clearly about timelines at every stage and always notify you promptly if any delays arise.
We support every common podcast format and are happy to help you experiment with new ones. This includes solo monologue shows, co-hosted conversations, one-on-one interviews, panel discussions, narrative storytelling (with scripted voiceover and sound design), roundtable debates and hybrid formats that combine multiple styles within a single episode. If you have an unconventional format idea, we welcome the creative challenge and will work with you to bring it to life.
Absolutely. Monetisation is a key focus of our Growth and Enterprise packages. We assist with sponsorship outreach by preparing media kits, identifying potential sponsors in your niche and facilitating introductions. We also set up dynamic ad insertion so you can serve targeted advertisements to different listener segments. Beyond advertising, we help clients explore premium content models — such as Patreon or Apple Podcasts Subscriptions — and affiliate marketing partnerships. Several of our clients have secured their first sponsorship deals within six months of launching with us.
Yes, without exception. You retain full ownership of all your podcast content — including raw recordings, edited episodes, show notes and transcripts. We never claim intellectual property rights over your material. The only content we retain rights to is our proprietary production templates, music beds and sound effects that we license for use in your episodes. If you ever decide to move to a different production partner, we will provide all your files and assist with the transition.
Technical and production questions
Details about recording, editing and distribution.
For remote recordings, we use platforms like Riverside.fm and Zencastr that capture a separate, high-quality audio track for each participant locally on their device. This means that even if your internet connection fluctuates during the conversation, the final recording remains crisp and unaffected. Before your first session, we send a detailed setup guide covering microphone positioning, headphone use, room selection tips and a quick sound check process. Our engineer can also join the session in real time to monitor audio levels and troubleshoot any issues on the spot.
We deliver finished episodes in the formats required by your hosting platform, which is typically MP3 at 128 kbps or 192 kbps for stereo content. If you need lossless formats for archival purposes, we can provide WAV or FLAC files as well. All files are tagged with proper ID3 metadata including episode title, show name, artwork, chapter markers and descriptions. We also supply separate stems — such as the vocal track and music bed — upon request, which is useful if you want to repurpose content for video or social media.
We work with all major podcast hosting platforms including Buzzsprout, Podbean, Libsyn, Transistor, Anchor (now Spotify for Podcasters), Captivate and Simplecast. If you do not yet have a hosting account, we will recommend the best option based on your budget, analytics needs and growth goals. We handle the initial setup, RSS feed configuration and platform submissions so your podcast appears on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Stitcher and dozens of other directories.
Yes, this is a core part of our production service. We create custom intro and outro sequences that establish your show identity and set the tone for each episode. We source royalty-free music beds and sound effects from licensed libraries, or we can commission original compositions from our network of musicians if you want something truly unique. Transition sounds, segment bumpers and ambient soundscapes are all available to enhance the listening experience. Everything is mixed to sit naturally beneath your voice without overpowering the content.
We do. Transcriptions are included in our Enterprise package and available as an add-on for Starter and Growth clients. We use a combination of AI-assisted transcription and human review to ensure accuracy, particularly for specialised terminology, proper nouns and non-standard accents. Transcripts are delivered in both plain text and formatted HTML, making them easy to publish as blog posts or show note supplements. Providing transcripts also improves accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences and boosts your SEO by giving search engines text content to index.
Pricing and logistics
What to expect when it comes to costs, contracts and commitments.
Our pricing is based on the package you select (Starter, Growth or Enterprise) and the number of episodes you produce each month. Each package includes a defined set of services — editing, show notes, distribution and so on — with clear per-episode rates. There are no hidden fees, setup charges or long-term lock-in contracts. We provide a detailed written proposal before any work begins so you know exactly what you are paying for. Custom quotes are available for clients with unique requirements such as high episode volumes, live event recordings or video podcast production.
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment. We believe our work should speak for itself, and we earn your continued business through consistent quality and excellent service — not contractual obligations. That said, clients who commit to quarterly or annual plans do receive discounted rates as a thank-you for their loyalty. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time with 30 days notice.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every episode goes through a review stage where you can listen to the draft and request revisions. Our Starter plan includes one round of revisions, Growth includes two and Enterprise includes unlimited revisions. If after revisions you are still not happy, we will discuss the specific issues and find a solution — whether that means re-editing from scratch, adjusting our approach for future episodes or, in rare cases, issuing a credit. We have a 98% client satisfaction rate because we take feedback seriously and act on it promptly.
